PROTEOMEprofiler™ is a multiplexed mass spectrometry assay that rapidly profiles the entire cellular proteome and reports changes in response to stimuli. The assay allows the comparison of non-diseased and diseased cellular states to identify and validate novel DUB targets and provides an unbiased analysis of cellular responses to DUB inhibitors, DUB-targeting PROTACs, and DUBTACs to reveal their mechanism of action.

PROTEOMEprofiler can also determine the relative efficacy (EC50), selectivity, dose, and concentration dependency of these compounds.
